On m'a dit de présenter ma carte étudiant, mais je n'ai pas pu l'avoir étant donné que je suis en distanciel depuis octobre et que je n'ai pas la possibilité de la récupérer (impossible d'aller sur place et pas d'envoi par courrier), j'ai montré mon emploi du temps, mon adresse mail étudiante... Aucune compréhension surtout avec la situation exposée, j'ai eu une personne très froide et limite agressive en face de moi ! C'est inacceptable.
